Overview:
WiredPeople is seeking a qualified Public Health Program Associate individual to facilitate the coordination of educational opportunities across the State of Missouri through the Advanced Nursing Education-Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner education and retention program. Preferred candidates will be full-time and required to work onsite in Jefferson City, MO.
Essential Functions:
- Arranging facilities to host classes
- Making accommodations for travel for course instructors
- Assisting with processing of learner applications
- Communicating with the multidisciplinary team and potential learners
- Entering survey data into Excel
- Compiling course materials for distribution to learners
- Assisting with progress reporting
- Working with the program coordinator to ensure the efficacy of the program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public health, mental health, education, social services, public or business administration, health care, or a closely related field. (Relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for any deficiencies in the required education.)
- This position requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can build impactful partnerships and has excellent networking and communication skills.
- This position requires innovative problem-solving and advanced critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience using technology and a variety of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video-conferencing, and online survey platforms) for coordinating activities and project reporting is required.
