Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Field Network Technician for one of their operating companies. As a Field Network Technician at Pact-One Solutions, you will interface directly with our clients at their locations. As a key contributor, you’ll work on challenging network projects, troubleshoot client issues with cross-functional teams, and maintain cordial and professional client relationships.

Your work as a Field Network Technician will includes several components:
• Installing and upgrading desktop and Windows server operating systems.• Expertise in configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, firewalls, backup programs, email, and antivirus software.• Ticketing documentation that adheres to established standards and procedures.
Our ideal Field Network Technician has the following qualifications:
• 3 years of more of experience in the IT field.• Great customer service skills, with an attention to detail.• Proficient communication skills.• Capability of both solo and group work.Successful applicants for this role must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as well as valid automotive insurance and a clean driving record.
