Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will partner closely with the Director of Outreach and Director of Lifecycle Marketing, as well as other cross-functional leaders, to ensure our Marketing and Outreach teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to engage creators effectively, drive revenue, and scale our impact.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience designing sales enablement strategies, process automation, forecasting, and performance management within a sales or business development function.The salary range for this role in the United States is $160,000 - $181,000.

In This Role, You Will:


  • Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and best practices to boost the team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Own and refine sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure the team prioritizes high-value creator opportunities.
  • Lead Scoring & Prioritization: Design and implement a robust lead scoring framework to help the team focus on the most promising creators.
  • Sales Automation & CRM Enhancements: Identify opportunities for sales automation and CRM improvements to reduce administrative burdens and streamline outreach efforts.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create real-time dashboards and reports for the CMO, Director of Outreach, Director of Lifecycle Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align strategies with acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Workflow & Engagement Strategy Optimization: Work closely with the Director of Outreach to refine team workflows, creator segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Marketing Campaign Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to track marketing-driven creator activations and marketing campaign success metrics.
  • Training & Development: Develop comprehensive training programs, playbooks, and tools to equip the Outreach and Marketing teams with the resources needed for effective creator engagement.

About You


  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within SaaS, marketplace, or creator-focused platforms.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience designing lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and implementing sales automation tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities; able to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision and drive adoption of new processes.
