Your Role
Provide first-class technical customer support via inbound calls and emails. Answer questions, empower customers with best practices, or troubleshoot issues. Create a great customer experience and build relationships by following through, setting customer expectations, and resolving customer issues by yourself or working with internal departments. Put a smile on customers’ faces through your interactions.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Technical Support rep at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude or experience in a technical role.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues remotely.
- Experience using Zendesk ticketing system.
- Bonus points for printing industry experience and knowledge.
