IT Project Manager – Lyra Technology Group
Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to join one of our OpCos based out of Frisco, Texas. The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the delivery of project services to the client base, coordinating resources to meet deadlines and utilization goals, and communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors with attention to precision and detail. The position requires excellent communication, administrative, documentation, technical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
This role is a leadership role for the project team and will be accountable for the successful outcomes and client satisfaction for the lifecycle of all professional services projects.

Your work as an IT Project Manager will include the following duties:
• Coordinating and managing all booked IT projects including Enterprise IT solutions, New Client Onboarding, Hardware Configuration, Vendor Coordination, and Application Development Oversight• Scheduling, preparing for, and conducting project status meetings with all required stakeholders.• Manage the project queue of all running projects and facilitation and delivery of priority and urgent solutions.• Utilization of current billing processes to ensure accuracy of monthly project billings.• Prepare for, attend, and chair the weekly project team meeting.• Accountable for managing towards, meeting, and exceeding project team KPI targets.• Attending weekly 1:1 meeting with Director of Operations; Conduct 1:1’s with direct reports (Project Engineers).• Participating in the development and maintenance of company service processes and workflows.
Our ideal IT Project Manager has the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science; or equivalent work experience.• Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.• Experience with ConnectWise and MSSP Work.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, and technical teams.The targeted base compensation for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per year and will operate on a hybrid in-office schedule out of their Frisco, Texas office.If overseeing a hard-working team and providing excellent management to project teams within the IT space is appealing to you, let’s chat!
