We are committed to prioritizing food safety, we are passionate about product quality, we value our employees, we champion the best idea no matter where it comes from, and we’re committed to making an overall positive impact as we scale. About this Role:Farmer's Fridge is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Account Management to drive retention and client satisfaction for our Fridge and wholesale accounts.

This role will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing relationships with enterprise retail partners (including big box retail and airport retailers), and ensuring operational excellence. The Account Manager will lead a direct report while collaborating cross-functionally with distribution, demand planning, finance, and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Retention: Maintain relationships with positive-margin Fridge and wholesale accounts, ensuring retention goals are met.
  • Portfolio Management: Remove, relocate, and renegotiate underperforming locations to ensure portfolio excellence 
  • Enterprise Retail Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for big box retail and airport retailers, ensuring operational and contractual commitments are met.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding by confirming key operational details collected during the sales cycle, including access hours, badging requirements, install location, and site readiness.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with distribution and demand planning teams to resolve accessibility issues and troubleshoot service level issues
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with Tier 1 clients, identifying opportunities to improve service, resolve issues, and drive additional revenue.
  • Ticket Management: Oversee the team handling client-related tickets, ensuring they are prioritized based on client tier and resolved promptly.

Qualifications & Experience


  • 7+ years of account management experience, preferably in CPG, food service, or retail.
  • 4+ years of team management experience, including direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with distribution, demand planning, finance, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand a P&L.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $120,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based/performance (sales) bonuses and equity.We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
