You’ll partner with Gearset’s most strategic customers, helping them adopt DevOps practices to get the most out of their Salesforce investment. • You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, salespeople, and marketers, combining your technical expertise with commercial insight to make a real impact for customers.
  • By working directly with users, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product’s future and making sure their voices are heard across the company. This is your chance to drive customer success and help Gearset continue to grow.

  • Lead discussions with new and long-term customers, addressing technical challenges, exploring aspirations, and providing guidance on how to achieve their goals using the platform
  • Be a customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction.
  • Success in this role means measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, increased feature adoption, enhanced user engagement, and the ability to proactively address challenges to deliver tangible outcomes for the customer.
  • Work closely with our product team to suggest features and quality-of-life improvements, drawing on customer feedback and insights gained from direct collaboration with users
