Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Logistics Manager to support the program’s Account Management Team. The candidate must reference their ability and experience in working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.
The Logistics Account Manager under the leadership of the Account Management Team Lead, performs a full range of logistics account management and order fulfillment functions including program/project planning support, inventory analysis and forcasting, and tracking associated with assigned customer accounts. Additionally, responsibilities will require daily support for IPT planning meetings, IGCE development, and Inbound and outbound order management for assigned customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cost tracking and reporting
- Work Order Data analysis, tracking and reporting
- IPT planning and meeting support
- Order Processing and tracking
- IGCE cost development and updating and reporting
- Account financial tracking and reporting for accounts
Qualifications/Experience:
- Training, education and or experience in supply chain logistics, and warehouse operations and procedures (2-5 years)
- Proficient at SharePoint, Excel pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to successfully manage multiple time sensitive actions simultaneously.
- Experience with warehouse management software.
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
Education/Certifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is desired but not required
- Degree in business, supply chain management, computer science, or information technology management or technical discipline is desired but not required
