School Counselor (2024-2025 School Year)

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $40-50./hour (based on qualifications and experience).

School Counselor Responsibilities:
- Providing individual and group counseling for middle school students
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Support students in setting academic goals, resolving conflicts, and overcoming personal challenges
- Become a valued member of the school’s counseling team
- Willingness to support students on your caseload and others who require as-needed counseling
School Counselor Requirements:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
- Master's Degree in school counseling or a related field
- 3+ years of School Counselor experience highly preferred
- Valid PDE School Counselor or Educational Specialist PK-12 Certificate required
