This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and make a significant impact at an industry-leading SaaS platform in the decorated apparel industry! We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Events Coordinator to join Inktavo’s demand generation team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing Inktavo trade shows and events that drive new business. Responsibilities
Events Coordination
- Lead our trade show and event strategy across the go-to-market teams
- Maintain our current trade show calendar and bring additional opportunities to the team
- Track the event budget, expenses, and ROI
- Coordinate all details related to each show, including planning the booth space, shipping & receiving booth assets, planning marketing collateral and swag for booth, prepping the team for each show, and assisting the team with travel.
- Other team needs as required
Requirements
- Highly organized marketer with experience in SaaS environment
- 3+ years experience planning and facilitating events
- Ability to travel multiple times per quarter
- Sales experience and electronic payment processing knowledge are a plus
- Thrives in high accountability, goal and growth oriented businesses
Systems Experience
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in planning trade shows and partnership management within a SaaS environment and exceptional relationship building skills.
