It's with that in mind, Beyond is looking to add a Billing Analyst to our growing team. Reporting to our Director of Global Accounting, you will have the opportunity to operate our billing for our growing EMEA market. - Assisting in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes
- Preparing and process key billing deliverables, including customer invoices, credits, and account updates
- Collaborating with the Sr. Billing analyst and Go-to-market teams on special case customer billings.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments for manually billed customers
- Updating and maintain customer accounts to ensure accurate billing periods
- Working closely with the Sr. Billing Analyst to manage customer correspondence and billing inquiries.
- Conducting weekly outreach for returned customer payments
- Serving as a backup to the Sr. Billing Analyst as needed
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding billing matters
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
- Two years of experience in billing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible team player amongst different time zones
- Ability to multitask between competing priorities
- Able to go to our Barcelona office twice a week!
