We are seeking a Senior Program Specialist to coordinate, synchronize, facilitate, and integrate the support and products provided by Functional Directorates to the Program Manager. To be successful, you must be a self-starter and able to work independently.In this role, you will work directly with the Program Manager, Functional Directorates and their staffs, and other customer organizations to advise, streamline, optimize, and mitigate risks associated program management execution. You will develop and maintain a system of management controls to provide assurance program goals and objectives are being met. You will prepare cost estimates and develop funding courses of action.
You will monitor and review financial data to project, forecast, analyze, and recommend funding, contracting, and subcontractor personnel provisioning strategies and plans.
Required
- BS or BA degree
- 10 years related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Desired
- CostPoint experience
- Deltek Time Collection or Time & Expense experience
- Department of Defense contracts experience
