The Gist…
The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting project deliverables and fostering seamless communication between the client and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation, risk management, training development, and troubleshooting, ensuring the success of various project components.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Attend all client and internal meetings to take comprehensive and accurate meeting minutes.
- Submit finalized meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the project risk register with current information, ensuring potential risks are documented and addressed proactively.
- Develop and continuously update user and training guides in collaboration with the client and internal teams.
- Ensure all guides are user-friendly and aligned with client needs and project goals.
- Create and update detailed project plans, including but not limited to: Data migration plans, User acceptance plans, Security and systems plans.
- Contribute to monthly project reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support the client with ad hoc report requests as needed.
- Provide training support to the client and internal teams on project-related processes or tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues as they arise.
Requirements
You’ll Bring These Qualifications…
• Bachelor Degree + 3 years of experience• Active DHS CBP Public Trust• Ability to travel to DC 1x per week• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a project-oriented environment.• Strong skills in documentation, risk management, and training development.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in project management tools and software.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.**Due to compliance and operational considerations, we are currently unable to hire employees residing in the following states: California, Illinois, New York, Washington and Colorado.
