Job Description


Email is the primary driver of site traffic and revenue at EBG. As an Email Marketing Associate you will be responsible for large scale email campaign execution and for supporting email and CRM projects and initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to execute email campaigns that drive conversions in a high volume, B2C e-commerce business. You will be part of an elite email team supporting marketing projects and championing best practices for email and direct marketing principles as well as EBG brand standards and guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Execute email campaign production across multiple platforms, including setup, QA, and deployment.
  • Utilize a working knowledge of HTML to conduct basic code updates, including modifications to images, logos, links, copy, tracking tags and other elements.
  • Adhere to process for execution and on-time delivery of complex, highly dynamic promotional email campaigns.
  • Participate in the QA/QC of all email campaigns (audit creative, promotional messaging, links, segment selection, set up, etc.). Partners with account managers and marketing leads to ensure all campaign details and content are accurate.
  • Support marketing leads on email test setup, execution, monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance.
  • Use basic segmentation principles in daily email campaigns and CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising/Marketing, Creative, and Partnership account managers to coordinate on campaign assets, reviews, and approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another relevant field.
  • 1+ year of hands-on email production experience executing marketing campaigns. Internships in Email Marketing can be considered.
  • Working knowledge of ESPs/CRMs and email campaign management. (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook) including proficiency in using Excel for data reporting and tracking.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for editing code
  • Ability to QC work before it is sent to 1M+ users in a high-volume email environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand and user experience standards.
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently in an independent and collaborative capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills in marketing metrics.
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearSalary will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
