Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Revenue Operations and GTM Systems Specialist to join our world-class Operations team. In this role, you will partner with the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Sales Operations, and the Director of Marketing Operations among others to support functions essential to go-to-market productivity. This includes optimizing Salesforce, supporting our field teams (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, etc.), planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, training, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Front-Line Support:
  • Provide comprehensive support for the Operations team, including front-line sales support, deal management, and general troubleshooting.
  • Act as a primary resource for front-line support and feedback for Rescale’s field sales and other go-to-market teams.
  • Go-to-Market Systems:
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies to support Operations’ initiatives.
  • Work with the Operations team to design and implement processes that promote and support operational efficiency and data integrity for go-to-market initiatives.
  • Assist in managing integrations with Salesforce and other sales-related systems.
  • Manage administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Sales Operations Support: collaborate with senior leaders across the Operations team and beyond to support major Operational responsibilities.
  • Training and Enablement:
  • Support our Sales Enablement Leader to deliver programs and documentation to our users.
  • Assist in training new users and grow the operational skillset across the organization.
  • Act as an operational utility player.

Key Qualifications


  • Work Experience:
  • 1-5 years of total work experience.
  • Revenue operations experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • In the absence of direct revenue operations experience, experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup environment is required. 
  • Required Skills:
  • Top-notch analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and understand complex concepts.
  • A strong understanding of data and data reporting.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to learn to use a variety of software and other technologies (this need not be specifically business technologies, it can be anything that shows you have a propensity for learning in this context).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Works well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Independent thinker.
  • Willing to accept constructive feedback and unafraid to provide the same.
  • Takes work very seriously, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
