The Role:
As a Clinical AI Analyst you will join a dynamic team revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered solutions that enhance clinician productivity and reduce administrative burdens. This role blends clinical expertise with technical problem-solving and application of advanced cutting-edge AI technologies, supporting the development of accurate and effective medical documentation, coding, and other AI tools to give clinicians superpowers.
What You’ll Do:
- Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material
- Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.
- Prototype and experiment with new features, collaborating with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.
- Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.
Who You Are:
- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., MD, DO, MSN, DNP, PA-C) with hands-on experience in medical documentation workflows.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technical advancements.
Preferred:
- Willingness to travel 1x/quarter or work part-time from the San Francisco office
