Job Responsibilities:Overseas the Human Resources (HR) functions for the ASC & DMDC contracts to include the HR Assistant with all HR duties and functions. Responsible for job offers, personnel changes, new hire orientation/on-boarding, ensuring company policy & procedures are adhered to and supporting employees with their HR questions and concerns. Job Duties:·Create and/or maintain HR/hiring spreadsheets. · Conduct weekly meetings with Case Management, Recruiters and onsite Managers to discuss staffing needs, interview candidates for upcoming training dates. · Report recruiting/hiring efforts to corporate office during Tiger Team meeting, update Recruit tracker and maintain meeting notes. · Respond to employee questions (in person and/or emails) with HR policies and procedures.· Create and maintain confidential employee files. · Ensure employees receive and comply with company policies & procedures. · Respond to payroll inquiries. · Assist Case Managers with employee HR issues/concerns.· Report employee incidents to the safety committee, ensure OSHA requirements are meet and submit workman’s compensation claims when needed. · Review/revise written counseling’s and participate in meeting with employees to address performance, conduct issues, attendance, quality and/or other concerns.· Draft and send out offer letters & orientation emails to new hires. · Conduct orientation, submit new hire information to the payroll office for onboarding and complete I-9 verification to confirm employment eligibility.
Ensure all new hires have completed new hire on-boarding in time for payroll processing. · Process employee terminations and/or changes. · Attend safety committee meetings and complete required tasks as assigned. · Perform other HR duties for current employees as needed and respond to inquiries of former employees when applicable. Skills and Qualifications:· Great communication and computer skills (verbal and written). · Ability to multitask, work independently and self-motivated. · Ability to read, comprehend and implement company policies & procedures.· Good time management skills and ability to prioritize. · Detailed oriented, problem-solving skills, research and analysis. · Ability to maintain employee confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Human Resource Management experience required. Security Requirements:Ability to obtain a T3 Secret clearance w/ Position of Trust Eligibility (InspiriTec will assist/cover costs, but job offer is contingent upon obtaining clearance).
