What's the role
The People Partner is a strategic professional who works closely with Argentina and Global leadership and employees to align and deliver business- aligned people strategies. You will be an active and vibrant part of the Campus team, driving high-performance, employee development programmes, culture ER matters and all life-cycle activities. You will provide hands-on operational support across the whole people partnering programme offering including calibration, promotion, pay reviews, benefits, engagement and culture programmers.
What you do
- Act as a trusted partner to local Campus leaders, working collaboratively with the onsite People Team (Operations, Mobility and Talent Acquisition) to drive high performance
- Activate all Brainlabs People Initiatives (i.e. Growth Conversations, Goal Setting, Engagement Surveys)
- Help ensure compliance with Argentina labour laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Build strong relationships with employees to understand their needs, challenges, and career aspirations
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive and productive workplace
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities
- Oversight of employee benefits including overseeing OSDE set up and consultancy with local doctor to support
- Provide insights and solutions on talent retention, succession planning, and culture enhancement
Who you are
- Deep level of experience in HR roles within Argentina, with at least 10 years in an People Partner or similar position
- High level of understanding of Argentina employment law and best practices
- Experience with OSDE as provider for employee medical benefit
- Experience in fast-paced, creative environments like marketing, advertising, or media is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent Spanish & English communication skills
- Ability to execute hands-on initiatives
- Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and analytics.
- Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments
