About the role:


As the Workplace Community Specialist for our Southern Europe offices (Barcelona and Milan), you will play a key role on our Culture Crew in creating an exceptional office experience and fostering a vibrant company culture. This part-time contract is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact within a defined period.

In your day-to-day you will:


    Office Experience Ownership:
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees (onsite and remote) and suppliers.
  • Ensure an outstanding food offering and manage the general & administrative budget for the offices.
  • New Joiners Support:
  • Set up various software accounts and introduce new employees to the office environment.
  • Policies:
  • Follow and promote internal policies.
  • Culture & Events Management:
  • Lead local Culture Crew events and initiatives.
  • Represent Southern Europe in the Global Culture Crew meetings.
  • Organize  local events and support the Global Org team with major events such as Kick-Off and Hackathon.
  • Assist with planning Southern Europe team offsites and expansion projects.
  • Facilities & Operations:
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain office equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety programs, including drills and training.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for office operations.
  • Special Projects:
  • Assist with various strategic projects as needed.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Global Collaboration:
  • Work closely with global teams in the US, France, UK, Germany, and Israel.

What would make you an excellent candidate:


  • Around 3+ years of experience in office management with a strong focus on event planning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Passionate about event organization, social media, and creative gift planning.
  • Energetic, creative, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
