  • Operational Execution: Help implement and refine People Ops processes, ensuring they are both legally sound and business-friendly.
  • Vendor & Tools Management: Research and evaluate external tools, vendors, and partners to improve HR efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting: Pull and analyze reports, track key compliance requirements, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Trusted Support: Act as a reliable and discreet resource, handling sensitive information with care and helping to create clear, structured policies.

  • Business-Minded & Pragmatic: You understand that HR exists to support the business and can navigate compliance requirements while considering operational needs.
  • Trustworthy & Discreet: You handle confidential information with integrity and can be counted on to execute reliably.
  • Curious & Adaptable: You’re excited about learning the ins and outs of People Operations and growing your expertise over time.
  • Startup & Operations Mindset: You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, figuring things out on the fly, and working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Low-Ego Attitude: No job is too small or too large—you're willing to dive in wherever needed and take on challenges with a hands-on approach.
