In this role, you will be responsible for shaping a compelling trading experience that drives business outcomes (turnover, ARPU, user retention) while ensuring each new feature is developed with minimal infrastructure load, justifiable architectural complexity, and healthy operational expenses.

You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, delivering high-impact solutions that align with our strategic objectives and operational constraints.

Key Responsibilities


Marketplace Growth & Development


  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap that maximizes revenue, user retention, and marketplace turnover.
  • Web & Mobile Evolution: Own the continuous advancement of both web and mobile trading experiences, ensuring platform-specific optimizations, consistent functionality, and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Efficiency: Evaluate the ROI of new or enhanced features, carefully balancing value creation (turnover, revenue, retention) against infrastructure load and architectural complexity to keep OPEX aligned with business goals.
  • Requirement Documentation: Prepare and document detailed business requirements, clearly translating key business drivers into actionable tasks for the development teams.

LiveOps Management & User Retention


  • Technical Issue Resolution: Act as the main liaison between support and development, ensuring swift handling of user-reported issues that require technical intervention.
  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Monitor user feedback, incident reports, and platform performance to proactively resolve potential issues and maintain user satisfaction.
  • Retention-Focused Operations: Coordinate LiveOps activities—promotions, updates, events—with an emphasis on sustainable user engagement and long-term retention.

Market Research & Innovation


  • Competitive Insight: Track market trends, competitor moves, and industry best practices to inform innovation and maintain a cutting-edge marketplace offering.
  • Differentiation Opportunities: Identify and champion new avenues for revenue generation or strategic differentiation, ensuring viable business impact with manageable operational overhead.

A/B Testing & Experimentation


  • Hypothesis-Driven Approach: Develop and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize user flows, boost conversion rates, and validate product hypotheses without compromising system performance.
  • UX Optimization: Collaborate with design and analytics teams to continuously refine usability, navigation, and overall platform experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making


  • KPI Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., user retention rate, average revenue per user, item turnover) to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • Analytics Tools: Leverage robust analytics (GA4, Snowplow, etc.) to gain actionable insights, ensuring new features or improvements meet both user needs and operational standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Team Alignment: Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to streamline feature development, maintain budget discipline, and align with broader company objectives.
  • Platform Consistency & Quality: Ensure cohesive user experiences across web and mobile, balancing innovation with stable, cost-effective infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, ideally within marketplaces or e-commerce.
  • Business Outcomes Focus: Proven track record of driving product growth, revenue, and retention while maintaining or improving operational efficiencies.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics for feature prioritization and performance assessment.
  • UI/UX & Experimentation: Experience leading A/B testing and iterative UX improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Technical Acumen: Aptitude for understanding system architecture and infrastructure implications of product decisions, ensuring OPEX remains sustainable.
  • Collaboration & Autonomy: Effective working both independently and in cross-functional settings, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Gaming Passion: An interest in digital marketplaces, gaming culture, or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • English: Upper-intermediate+.
