Position Overview:


The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's expansion by developing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire customers. This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for scaling businesses through innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities:


  • Growth Strategy Development & Execution: 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Mastery of Meta: 
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI. 
  • Scale Meta advertising accounts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA. 
  • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance. 
  • Analyze Meta ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Channel Expansion: 
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to effectively reach decision-makers on LinkedIn.
  • Continuously test and evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: 
  • Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
  • Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge. 

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Paid Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to create and set up new events in ad platforms and familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to new challenges.
