European HR Generalist
Overview:
We are looking for a true generalist that is able to get involved in various tasks supporting the International HR Manager on but not limited to: Recruitment, HR system admin, payroll and general support.Responsibilities in process management, data management, and reporting. Administrator of ADP Workforce Now, our HRIS and Hello Teams, our platform for surveys and recognition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with the International HR Manager to recruit talent.
- Support in HR processes, onboarding, offboarding and internal changes, including all offer and contract documentation for Mood International.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to compensation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple inboxes within France, Germany, Netherlands and UK.
- Learn and understand different country HR systems, specifically, HR Works, Keelio, Reworks and ADP Workforce Now.
- Administer Pensions where applicable.
- Data integrity and management for our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) including processing employment transitions during the entire employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to termination.
- Maintain updated digital employee files.
- Conduct annual digital employee file audits.
- Administer employment verification requests.
- To provide the appropriate information to support employees as and when required.
- Manage or assist with relevant ad-hoc projects as required by your Manager.
- Complete all appropriate administration.
- Provide activity reports to your Manager on a monthly basis.
- To carry out any other additional duties as requested by your Manager from time to time within the scope of your role.
Requirements:
- MUST be fluent in written and spoken Dutch
- Experience in using HR Platforms
- Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy around data.
- Ability to use own initiative to explore and find solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter
