Description: 


Responsible for supporting end-users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth technology operations.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.

  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Google IT Support Certificate a plus, but not required.

Experience: 


  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.

  • 1+ years in a customer service related role.

Skills: 


  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

General Responsibilities:


  • Quickly respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat, or in person while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices with minimal downtime.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals with high attention to detail.

  • Efficiently manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory or other access management tools while ensuring data security and accuracy.

  • Set up and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless operation.

  • Provide precise technical support for data systems, tools, and processes, ensuring issues are resolved correctly the first time.

  • Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Assist with timely system updates, software rollouts, and IT infrastructure maintenance to minimize disruptions.

  • Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and tools, proactively applying new knowledge to enhance system performance.
