The HR Coordinator for FloWorks will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and processes. Some of the exciting things you will do in this role…
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in our HRIS system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
- Onboard all new hires and facilitate the New Hire Onboarding weekly call for all new hires.
- Develops an in-depth understanding of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now). Creates reports as needed.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate HR related events such as company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Codes various invoices and works with various groups for processes for payment.
- Support associates and managers with routine, day-to-day HR questions, needs, and inquiries, providing world-class service and ensuring you guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution
A must…
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Broad knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Overall understanding of hiring regulations, general HR compliance and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, maintain high character, pay attention to detail, and be able to balance a large workload
- Basic understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws.
