The purpose of this position is to assist the Accounting department.
This includes assisting with collection calls, customer support, filing, mailing, and other tasks as they arise.
Job Requirements:
- · File invoices and reports for Accounting department.
- · Assist with customer billing and customer inquiries.
- · Mail invoices to customers using mailing machine.
- · Assist with customer collection calls
- · Compare hard copy agreements to electronic database for completeness
- · Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility
- · Other responsibilities as needed.
Skills:
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Abilities:
- · Ability to communicate information and ideas both orally and in writing.

Other Essential Requirements:
- · Prior experience or education in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
- · Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance a plus
