Onboarding & Design Content Coordinator
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who loves keeping projects organized and moving forward? Do you enjoy collaborating with designers, onboarding teams, and clients to bring creative projects to life? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!As the Onboarding & Design Content Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that connects our clients, designers, and onboarding team—ensuring projects run smoothly, assets are collected efficiently, and tasks are clearly communicated. You’ll play a vital role in menu builds, website refreshes, and design projects, helping our clients launch beautiful, functional websites with ease.
Onboarding Coordination (10-15 hours per week)
- Translate client emails and feedback into clear, actionable tasks for designers.
- Help clients stay on track for launch through calls, emails, and texts.
- Follow up with clients who haven’t responded to design previews or project updates.
- Flag accounts with potential risks or roadblocks so they get the extra attention they need.
- Assist in collecting and organizing client assets (e.g., domain credentials, website content).
Menu Build Coordination (10-15 hours per week)
- Oversee the entire menu workflow—from initial build to final QA and revisions.
- Manage a team of contractors, answering questions and ensuring they produce high-quality menus.
- Keep training materials up to date so the team has everything they need to succeed.
Design Coordination (5-10 hours per week)
- Keep internal design resources and libraries organized and up to date.
- Coordinate press releases, blog posts, and content migrations.
- Prepare assets (like background removal from logos and seamless pattern extractions).
Website Refresh Coordination (5-10 hours per week)
- Manage redesign milestones in Salesforce.
- Send preview emails to clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Follow up with clients at key intervals to keep projects moving.
- Make sure redesign agreements and invoices are processed correctly.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in client services, project coordination, or a creative/design environment.· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and distill complex information.· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.· A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.· Knowledge of web design and ability to read and write HTML/CSS is a plus
Benefits
At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn’t everything - but it is important. For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $60k to $70k base salary + bonus potential, in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
