The Marketing Specialist works directly with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for all channels of Renu Energy Solutions (Residential, Commercial and Service). They collect data about target demographics and market trends to improve the company's marketing efforts. The Marketing Specialist tracks several data channels and works with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Initial point of contact for executable marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the Senior Director of Marketing to determine priority of initiatives and designate ownership.
- Weekly reporting of marketing department performance as well as monthly reconciliation of prior month performance, including KPIs and misses.
- Support the Senior Director of Marketing in establishing and evaluating a dynamic marketing strategy and plan.
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the marketing team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings in collaboration with the Event Specialist.
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Monitoring and tracking the success of marketing campaigns such as third party lead sources, direct lead channels and various partner programs.
- Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing and apparel companies and other third party vendors and suppliers.
- Review and monitor partner platforms to ensure up to date and accurate company descriptions, responses and certifications.
- Coordinate and execute company awards, certifications and licenses. Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to determine relevance, priority and requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements And Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, graphic design, communications, English, journalism, business.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry event material including tables, banners, samples, etc.

- Compensation: $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr based on experience
