We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The goal of the Warehouse Supervisor at Wisk is to lead and enhance the operational performance of our warehouse to support our development of next-generation aircraft. You will be part of the Supply Chain team, responsible for streamlining warehouse processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing inventory management systems.Due to the nature of the work required for this position, this is an onsite opportunity. You will be required to work from our Mountain View office.

In this role you will:


  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, stocking, cycle counting, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies and processes to support lean production and operational excellence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, driving performance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, production planning, and facilities to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations into broader organizational goals.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for warehouse operations, ensuring performance aligns with company objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous material handling (e.g., lithium-ion batteries), and all state and federal requirements for shipping and receiving aircraft parts.
  • Implement and oversee training programs, operational guides, and SOPs to maintain a high-performing and compliant warehouse environment.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, preferably in aerospace or automotive industries.
  • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management systems, shipping/receiving best practices, and aviation logistics regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in hazardous materials handling, international shipping, and logistics compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems, with experience in data-driven decision-making to optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external providers.
  • Proven track record of process creation, implementation, and documentation
  • Customer service attitude - Getting stuff done (the right way)

Desired:


  • Certification in supply chain, logistics, or related fields (e.g., APICS, CLTD).
  • Theoretical knowledge or practical experience with SixSigma, Lean, 5S concepts
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience with setting up new warehouse locations

$82,600 - $97,200 a year
