The Bonadio Group is currently seeking part-time experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support the Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Rochester and Buffalo offices between January 2025 and April 2025.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concise individual income tax returns
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
- Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
- Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
Required:
- At least three years experience in client tax preparation
- Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software
The salary for this position is between $25.00 to $35.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience.
Hours of Operation:
- Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12;00 p.m. on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
