Your Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious People Operations Generalist to join the team. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day HR functions, solve initial challenges, and provide foundational support, while also focusing on HR administration, HRIS management, onboarding, policy implementation, training, and recruiting. You thrive in environments where you may not know the answer right away but are eager to roll up your sleeves, do the work, and figure it out. You enjoy creating and refining HR processes from the ground up and excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a well-rounded HR background.What You’ll Do:
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with policy updates.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, and coordinate offboarding activities.
- Training & Development: Assist in developing and delivering employee training programs, including onboarding sessions, compliance training, and professional development initiatives.
- Recruiting Support: Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer payroll-related questions, and liaise with payroll providers as needed.
- Employee Relations & Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Compliance & Reporting: Support HR compliance initiatives, including audits, reporting, and documentation management.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Recent experience using ADP Workforce Now for HRIS management and reporting
- Experience in training and development preferred, including facilitating employee training sessions and creating training materials
- Recruiting experience preferred, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring support
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR technology tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
