What is the role?
dotCMS is a cloud-based Universal CMS that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek an ambitious, competitive, and diligent Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
As the Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by understanding the market trends and buyer needs, using proven and innovative ways to initiate new relationships, engaging buyers at every level within the organization, and securing new meetings. This role will primarily focus on new business development.
This is afull-time on-site contractorposition based inKarachi. The work schedule is from
7:00 PM to 4 AM time (UTC+05:00),
with a one-hour break. We are currently unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.

Responsibilities
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an “outbound” motion. This includes any type of sales where you were initiating the relationship. We are looking for “hunters.”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred cold calling skills.
- Proven ability to utilize technology as a core part of a job, including a system like CRM.
- Collaborative
- Preferred experience in a B2B selling environment
- A self-starter who is naturally curious and highly coachable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
