You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative, Strategy + Data, Media, and Client Service Teams to craft compelling digital storytelling for brands in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Retail/Franchise industries.
From strategic messaging to punchy taglines, you’ll Make Every Message Matter while ensuring it aligns with our data-driven approach to CRM and loyalty marketing.Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and audience needs across platforms.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Creative, Strategy + Data, Media teams to ensure content supports broader campaign goals and maintains brand consistency.
- Develop key messaging, slogans, and impactful copy for omnichannel marketing campaigns, email journeys, paid digital assets, print materials, and landing pages.
- Create narratives and taglines that resonate with target audiences.
- Bring to life data-informed strategies through engaging, actionable, and creative content.
- Adapt your tone and style to match various brand voices, from playful to sophisticated.
Requirements
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within CRM, loyalty marketing, or related fields. Agency experience is a plus.
- A proven track record of creating high-performing messaging across digital channels, including email marketing, social media, and web.
- A talent for crafting memorable taglines, narratives, and slogans.
- Ability to tailor content to a wide range of brand personalities and industries, particularly restaurant/FSR/QSR and Retail/Franchise.
