Data Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing application-related data to ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain databases with a strong understanding of tools and systems.
  • Analyze and maintain quality by proactively addressing issues like corrupted data.
  • Assist in creating more detailed reports, including key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients to support data uploads and updates.
  • Independently document procedures to provide clarity for others.
  • Analyze inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:


  • GED or High School Diploma
  • At least 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience with MS Suite, especially Excel

 Job Expectations:


  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
