Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Meet with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for implementation.
- Provide hands-on training to designated client members, with the support of a senior consultant, and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency in utilization.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and provide recommendations for resolutions that are reviewed and approved by other consultants.
- Process tickets submitted by clients for managed services configurations and follow contracted requirements.
- Perform other job duties assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-2 years relevant work experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
