About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage our account portfolio with a proven track record in selling software/SaaS products to enterprise customers.For this role, strong communication skills, a customer service attitude, and a track record of achieving Sales targets are essential. As a senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.The candidate should be experienced with clients in GCC and preferably MENA as well.
The candidate will work remotely with expected travel within the territory. It is expected that the candidate will work independently.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets; Identify potential customers and set approach strategies; Develop strong and long-term client relationships; Prepare Proposals, Quotations, and RFPs/RFIs; Prepare and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers; Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively; Negotiate contracts and close agreements; Support clients with new features and product launches; Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement;
Requirements:
5+ years of Sales / Account Management experience; Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions; Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives; Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office; Familiarity with software, cloud, and Cybersecurity concepts; An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics; Excellent communication and team management skills; Strong analytical and negotiation skills; Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude; A background in IT is highly preferred; BSc degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field;
