Eligibility Requirements
- Our internship program is remote based; however, the intern must be in the United States.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university during the internship.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Available to work full time (40 hours/week) for the entire program (June 9th - August 29th).
- Required to undergo a pre-employment background check.
A Scrum Master is a servant-leader who provides an open and safe working environment while encouraging the team to self-organize and experiment by instilling Scrum values, principles and practices. Working closely with the department, the Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Increasing transparency
- Creating space for innovation
- Driving continuous inspection & adaption
- Facilitating frequent feedback loops
- Focusing on prioritization - what is the most important thing to be working on
- Delivering outcomes over outputs - incremental delivery of value to the customer
- Removing impediments
- Team building

- Learning about Lean-Agile principles and values and what it means to be a scrum master
- Scrum Master for an operational team and Intern Capstone Project
