The
Business Development Specialist is focused on growing revenue from new clients, existing clients, and agency partners through strategic, consultative interactions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital marketing experience, and/or sales or business development experience in the digital marketing industry, and an understanding of how digital marketing strategies can positively benefit our clients.In addition to working with clients, this position works closely with our internal marketing teams, too.
This position requires understanding and an interest in business ROI, business operations, client goals, the ability to think strategically, and advise clients.Talking to clients and peers (both in person and virtually) about how digital marketing can help them succeed and increase their revenue must truly excite you!Key Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with potential clients, existing clients, and other agencies to understand their needs and business goals and propose strategic, consultative digital marketing solutions offered by Results Repeat.
- Use your knowledge of digital marketing solutions to generate new business for the agency.
- Seek out new clients, new agency partners, and also seamlessly handle inbound new clients.
- Manage existing client relationships to maintain positive customer relations, and to identify and develop new revenue opportunities. Consistently stay in touch with past clients via email, mail, calls, and review of their services internally.
- Successfully manage a high volume of meetings, calls, and email communication with ease.
- Deliver against revenue goals.
- Work closely with the team to draft proposals, enter data into CRM accurately and in a timely manner.
- Network virtually and in-person to grow new business and partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Impeccable and impressive communicator with the ability to translate complex marketing concepts and advise clients.
- Analytical with ability to make data supported recommendations.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies offered by Results Repeat.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, and/or sales or business development experience in the digital marketing industry.
- Experience working within a team.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Strong written and presentation skills. Extreme attention to detail. Organized.
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally for conferences or client meetings.
- Ability to travel locally as needed for work.
- Ability and comfort working from home office. Results Repeat will provide a laptop and work materials.
- Bonus experiences: agency experience, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Zoho or other CRM experience, experience writing proposals.
Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time, virtual/remote position includes health care benefits, employer-paid long and short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, profit-sharing, and a 401(K). While we are fully remote, we will only consider a remote employee who lives in PA, NJ, NY, DE, FL, KY, VA, TN, SC, or CO. The base pay for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
