Section is an AI transformation partner, helping organizations build AI-powered workforces. Generative AI is crashing into organizations, careers, and livelihoods, yet the workforce is unprepared for this level of change. Therefore, we believe it’s our job to enable every knowledge worker and team to become AI-powered, making them more productive and valuable in the marketplace. Our goal is to bring 100,000 employees into the AI class by 2025 and millions more by the end of the decade.We do this by partnering with organizations on a mix of upskilling products and advisory services.
We are seeking a practical, business-savvy, AI power user who can work with our consultants to build no-code AI solutions, like a set of powerful prompts or a Custom GPT. You’re eager to help others find value in AI, and are excited to teach through courses or causal conversations.
Mission
Partner with our upskilling and advisory teams to augment client, member, and internal Section workflows with effective AI solutions — whether it be a set of prompts, Custom GPT, or new AI tool
Responsibilities
- Partner with consultants to identify the best places to augment workflows with AI
- Research and test no-code AI solutions (e.g.,prompts, Custom GPT, Copilot Studio, or an off-the-shelf AI tool) for redesigned client workflows or custom workshops
- Lead office hours with Section members to answer questions and troubleshoot AI use
- Teach tool-driven live workshops about including our Building a Custom GPT and Building with Copilot Studio courses
- Develop new tool-driven workshops to deliver to our clients and customers (i.e. building with OpenAI Operator)
- Be a go-to resource for the Section team to help integrate AI into our workflows
- Research AI news and partner with marketing team on content
Requirements
- Proven AI power user using multiple AI tools in your personal workflows on a daily basis
- Proven ability to integrate AI into team-wide workflows for business functions like marketing, product, and sales
- Power user especially in ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot
- Curiosity about how to use AI to drive business outcomes and make people/teams more productive
- Ability to get to a v1 fast and work with the team iteratively to hone
- Experience teaching others how to use AI — whether it be in a course, work meeting, social media, or blog
- Clear, engaging communication skills
- Consumer of AI news on a daily basis — you always know the latest advance or headline in the AI space
- Energized by a fast-paced work environment and open to rapid experimentation
