- Performs duties related to credentialing (Physician and Allied Health Providers)
- Provides clerical support and assistance to medical staff services office. Maintains communication and is a liaison with hospitals, medical staff offices, and departments.
- Receives and process medical staff pre-application, applications, and re-applications.
- Collects necessary data as part of medical staff pre-application, applications, and re-applications.
- Conducts and maintains primary source verification.
