We are seeking a BAW Design Engineer to join the team supporting a strategic project. This will be a six-month contract with the potential for a longer engagement.
The primary responsibilities and deliverables include:
Responsible for the complete design cycle of BAW filters, from topology selection through final production releasePerform comprehensive full package electromagnetic simulations using industry-standard tools like ADS, HFSS, AWR etc. Responsible for full filter characterization, developing test plans and analyze process control monitoring (PCM) data to improve design robustnessDevelop novel filter topologies and architectures to meet challenging RF specificationsResponsible for running Monte Carlo analysis to ensure 3-Sigma designs across process variationsResponsible for designing multi-layer laminates and evaluation boardsLead technical reviews and present design solutions to project stakeholdersIt is preferred that this individual will work onsite in the Huntersville, NC office in order to more effectively collaborate with the team.
