As part of a recent investment by Bessemer Venture Partners Forge in 2023, the company is undergoing a period of transformation and growth.We are looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that product teams have the necessary resources, data, and tools to deliver high-quality products on time.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
In your first 30 days, you will onboard and get to the know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run and will:
- Understand how engineering and Product Management teams are organized and what value propositions they are each responsible for.
In your first 3 months, you will:
- Leveraging existing tools, define and implement processes to standardize ongoing prioritization, planning, estimation activities.
In your first 6 months, you will:
- Aggregate planned work into visually-appealing, multi-level roadmaps.
- Assist Product Managers in customer engagement activities to validate product requirements, inform future priorities.
In your first 12 months, you will:
- Define, implement methodology to help scale the product management function appropriately with the business.

- Proficient in product development/management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
