Summary:
The Sr. Business Insights Analyst should have a passion for working with data and a drive to use the insights to drive scalability and growth. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to develop insights that drive key business decisions, support scalability efforts, and help to optimize our products. The Analyst must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for diving into data to find patterns and trends. They will have strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and the proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. In a related field such as mathematics, economics, computer science, or engineering preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience required, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
Skills:
- Broad-based experience in supporting organizations around business and general management processes.

- Utilize insights to optimize sales data and processes
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in the data

- Communicate and present data findings to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data-driven models to support decision-making
- Monitor and review data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
