UX/UI Designer

Although we’re a growing company, we continue to cherish the start-up culture with a hands-on approach ensuring our customers come first! The role is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviours, and perform usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and user needs.
- Organize content to enhance navigation and address design challenges by finding solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints.
Key Tasks:
- Use various methods to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations, and apply these insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across the product.
What You’ll Bring:
- Significant experience collaborating with developers and applying best practices for Product design.
- Hands-on expertise in user-centered design artifacts, including experience maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user experience principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer for a customer-facing B2B SaaS product.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and proficiency in visual design, including typography and color theory.
- Expertise in tools like Figma or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping, along with experience in conducting usability tests and iterating based on feedback.
- Experience with UX research methods and the ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and the ability to design responsive interfaces for various devices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and skills in creating animations or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with creating or maintaining design systems and experience with the specific needs of designing for SaaS platforms.
