Job Summary:
This is a full-time position to be part of our Accounting team. This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week working from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the invoicing and revenue recognition process with respect to various segments of the Company’s business, including contract review and analysis, timely and accurate invoicing and revenue recognition pursuant to ASC 606, and interaction with applicable company personnel and customer representatives as needed.· Ensure invoices accurately reflect terms and conditions of customer contracts.· Participate in the Company’s monthly close process, including timely closing of all monthly, quarterly and annual billing and reporting, posting of revenue, and customer account analysis.· Assist in the collections process, monitoring customer accounts and contacting them as necessary to facilitate timely payments and providing reports to management on overdue accounts.· Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements to maximize the potential of the Company’s ERP system, including system enhancement and cross functional departmental projects.· Participate as needed in the Company’s annual financial statement audits with external auditors.· Ad-hoc projects as assigned.The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
:
· Minimum of 2 years Accounting/Finance/Bookkeeping experience; billing and monthly close experience preferred. Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures reflective of the financial services or software industry is a plus.· Experience with Sage Intacct and ASC 606 is a plus.· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with accounting/finance concentration is desirable. · Always willing to make a genuine effort to help with any task, job function, or project for which assistance is requested.· Open and inquiring mindset for process improvements.· Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment.· Enjoys a hands-on environment and approach.· Works collaboratively across boundaries—divisions, functions, geography.· A strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision and within tight deadlines.· An eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly-growing and dynamic environment.
