ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will process License and Title and Renewal requests via online state portals. This is a Fulltime, in-office position.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: $19 - $21/hr.
What you will be doing:
- Process License & Title and Renewal request via Online State portals
- Review provided documents and verified state requirements.
- Prep applications and supporting documents.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of transactions.
- Verify accuracy and completion of documents.
- Research and resolve issues.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Previous DMV experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in proprietary software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
- Proficient Data Entry skills
- Zendesk experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
