About the Role


We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our web3 platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ideate and execute on web3 native advertising campaigns and associated events that directly impact MQLs
  • Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies specifically tailored for rollups and apps
  • Ideate and execute on an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic to the website, managing freelance writers to support the goals
  • Create and manage growth strategies for specific products use cases including NFT marketplaces and DeFi platforms
  • Manage relationships with web3 KOLs, podcast hosts, and other media to run paid advertising
  • Drive and quantify user acquisition, retention and growth across multiple userbases and archetypes
  • Determine ROI and expected value of marketing initiatives and campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify highest value opportunities

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on web3/crypto projects
  • Deep understanding of web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs and which teams you'd partner with to co-market growth campaigns
  • Proven track record of driving growth metrics in web3 projects
  • Experience with onchain analytics tools and blockchain data analysis
  • Strong understanding of community-led growth strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex web3 concepts to diverse audiences
  • Hands-on experience with web3 tools and platforms (MetaMask, OpenSea, various L1/L2 chains)

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $145,000 - $180,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
