Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Campus and Program Marketing Specialist to lead marketing and promotional campaigns for the Tulsa Welding School (TWS) and The Refrigeration School (RSI) brands. This role is critical in driving campus-specific marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and supporting lead generation, conversion, and student enrollment efforts. The position requires frequent collaboration with campus leadership teams, admissions staff, and functional areas such as student services, financial services, and campus operations.The ideal candidate will be a personable and professional team player with high energy and a passion for promoting skilled trades, changing lives, and achieving results.
This position reports to the marketing team while supporting campus and admissions leadership.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Act as the main liaison and point of contact between the campuses and the marketing team to monitor and enhance lead flow, conversion rates, and student starts.
- Focus on amplifying targeted segmentation strategies including relevant messaging, content and creative, media channels, events to reach critical demographics by geography including: indigenous/tribal populations, Hispanic populations.
- Develop and execute campus-specific marketing campaigns to drive enrollments and starts, including paid, organic, and community-driven efforts.
- Plan and participate in local and community events, trade shows, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Marketing Materials Development
- Create marketing promotional materials to support campus and program initiatives, including printed and digital materials, collateral, presentations, signage, and promotional items.
- Ensure materials are aligned with the overall brand strategy and meet the unique needs of each campus and program.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.
Collaboration & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain excellent rapport with campus admissions, leadership teams, and all functional areas, including student services, financial services, and operations.
- Partner with admissions teams to understand enrollment trends and implement strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Act as a customer advocate, identifying opportunities in the student acquisition journey to enhance engagement, enrollment, starts and show rate.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze lead generation, campaign performance, and admissions data to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to campus, admissions and marketing leadership, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement and coordinating with marketing team members and agency partners for activation.
- Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to track performance metrics and ensure campaigns are both effective and efficient, reaching established inquiry, enrollment and start goals.
Digital & Traditional Media Expertise
- Drive demand generation efforts through integrated media campaigns including both traditional and digital media, SEM, SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
- Manage the execution of traditional marketing tactics, such as direct mail, print, and broadcast, as part of an integrated media approach.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver compelling content and messaging that resonates with prospective students according to target market segments for each program and geographic area.
Event Management
- Organize and attend on-campus events, open houses, and community outreach programs to promote skilled trades education and attract prospective students.
- Represent TWS and RSI at industry events and community gatherings, serving as a brand ambassador to inspire interest and engagement.
Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of marketing experience, including event marketing, digital media, demand generation, and CRM/data analytics.

- Proven success in creating and launching targeted marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, Project Management Platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Experience in the higher education or skilled trades sector.
- Agency or internal marketing team experience
- Background in event planning and local community outreach initiatives.
