Join our team as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with assigned arrivia accounts. You'll build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring our programs align perfectly with each client's unique needs. Your focus will be on achieving revenue targets and acting as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, including marketing, sales, development, legal, and implementation. You'll champion both client needs and
arrivia's business goals, fostering seamless collaboration in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts, collaborating with sales to maximize revenue and drive monetization.
- Promote the adoption and utilization of arrivia programs, products, and services by understanding client needs and articulating product value.
- Manage account contracts, including coordinating with leadership on amendments, renewals, and addendums.
- Facilitate action items for key accounts through effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Stay informed on partner business developments, adapting arrivia programs to reflect evolving needs and our product offerings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders both within partner organizations and at arrivia.
- Establish and strengthen long-term account relationships, building trust and solidifying partnerships.
- Proactively address coverage issues and market access challenges, enhancing processes to prevent future issues.
- Present account progress, goals, and initiatives to key partner stakeholders and internal leadership in meetings.
- Analyze client data to refine customer relationship management, marketing, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, or a relevant role.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Background in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial customer relationships.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service, incorporating client feedback.
- Experience in launching new programs or products with major partners is highly valued.
