World domination, obviously!What will you do?Deliver working software frequently through early and continuous integration and deployment of minimum valuable increments.Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech Recognition (ASR) and Synthesis (TTS) projects.Search for existing models in the areas above, evaluate and (if needed) fine tune them.
Serve the models by turning them into API and batch jobs.Build solid relationships with Infrastructure and Operations teams, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous improvement of models via robust and scalable ML pipelines.Design and implement AI workloads for structured and unstructured datasets seamlessly.Effectively communicate architectures and the development progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.Who are we looking for?Do you have the drive to work in an innovative and ambitious environment?We’re looking for someone with a determined and proactive mindset, inspired and passionate to help us achieve our goals.

We are looking for someone special to contribute to our unique culture.RequirementsOur Machine Learning / AI Engineer should have:BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.Proficient in Python and Linux environments.Experience with Ray.io and KubeRay for distributed computing.Skilled in developing and integrating REST APIs and WebSockets endpoints.Strong MLflow / Azure ML Service skills for managing ML lifecycles, including experimentation/fine tuning, reproducibility, and deployment.Knowledgeable in using Lang Chain and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with Piper TTS and Whisper for text-to-speech and speech recognition applications.Familiar with ML Ops, including CI/CD for data pipelines and deploying AI models.Ability to balance running AI workloads in cloud vs.
